Yes. GST for India and VAT for the UAE are built in. When you bill time, fixed fees or retainers, the invoice applies the correct tax, and GST and VAT reports are ready whenever you need them.
How do I bill clients on hourly, fixed-fee and retainer at the same time?
Each project carries its own billing basis. Log time on hourly work, raise fixed fees at milestones, and invoice retainers monthly. You can run all three across different clients from one place.
Can I see how busy and profitable each consultant is?
Yes. Timesheet reports show utilisation and billable value per staff member and project. You can see who is over or under-loaded and which engagements are genuinely profitable before you take on more work.
