Privacy Policy

Alfa Decode (“we”, “us”) provides business-management software to businesses in India and the UAE. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We collect only what we need to run the service: account details (name, business, email, phone), and the operational data you enter (sales, inventory, customers) to run your business.

Your business data is yours. If you use the on-premise edition, your operational data stays on your own hardware and never leaves your premises. In the cloud edition, your data is securely hosted with encrypted backups and is used only to operate the service for you.

We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted processors (hosting, payments, messaging) under contract, and comply with applicable Indian and UAE data-protection law. You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time.
