Refund & Cancellation Policy

Try before you pay. We offer a free trial with no card required so you can evaluate the full app on your real business before purchasing — this is the best way to be sure Alfa Decode fits your trade.

14-day money-back guarantee. If Alfa Decode isn’t right for your business, tell us within 14 days of your first payment on any cloud plan and we’ll refund that payment in full — no forms, no hoops.

Cancellation. You can cancel a cloud subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the paid period, after which it won’t renew.

Refunds after 14 days. Beyond the guarantee window, paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable for the remainder of the current billing period. On-premise licences are refundable within the 14-day window provided the licence is deactivated. If something’s wrong at any point, contact us — we’ll always try to make it right.
