Refund & Cancellation Policy

Try before you pay. We offer a free trial with no card required so you can evaluate the full app on your real business before purchasing — this is the best way to be sure Alfa Decode fits your trade.

Cancellation. You can cancel a cloud subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the paid period, after which it won’t renew.

Refunds. Because plans are yearly and you can trial the full product first, paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable once active. If something’s wrong, contact us — we’ll always try to make it right.
