Terms of Service

By using Alfa Decode you agree to these terms. We provide the software “as a service” (cloud) or under licence (on-premise) to help you run your business. You’re responsible for your account, your users, and the data you enter.

Plans & trial. You can start a free trial with no card. Paid plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum) are billed yearly. You may upgrade at any time; access continues until the end of a paid period.

Acceptable use. Don’t misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability & liability. We work hard to keep the service available and your data safe, but the service is provided without warranties beyond those required by law, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid.
