Do cheaper plans have fewer features?

No. Every plan is the full Alfa Decode application — the same POS, inventory, accounting, CRM, HR and reports. The plans differ only by how many stores you run and two power features: multi-store consolidation (Gold and up) and AI invoice scan (Platinum only).

What does multi-store consolidation mean?

If you run more than one outlet, consolidation rolls every store’s sales, stock and accounts into one combined view, while each store still keeps its own books. It’s included from Gold upwards.

Is this price per month or per year?

These are yearly prices. One simple payment covers your business for the year — no per-user surprises and no hidden add-ons.

Can I use Alfa Decode on my own premises instead of the cloud?

Yes. The same product runs in the cloud or fully on-premise on a mini-PC on your shop network — your data never has to leave the building. You choose, on any plan.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Alfa Decode is local-first: it keeps billing and serving customers with no internet, then syncs automatically when you reconnect. That’s true on every plan.

Will it handle GST and VAT correctly?

Yes — compliant invoices and tax reports for both India (GST) and the UAE (VAT) are built in on every plan, with nothing to bolt on.

Is there a free trial?
