After that, receipts, updates and reminders can go out automatically, and you can also send approved broadcasts and run a catalog and auto-replies.
What does it cost?
We charge a one-time setup fee plus a monthly fee for running and supporting it, quoted in your local currency based on what you actually need. Separately, WhatsApp itself charges Meta's own per-conversation rates, which we explain up front so there are no surprises — we don't mark those up or hide them. How long does setup take?
A basic setup — number on the Cloud API, display name, a few core templates and auto-replies — usually takes a few working days once we have your details. Meta's own verification and template approval steps can add time and are outside our control, but we handle the back-and-forth with them for you.
Who owns the WhatsApp number and account?
You do. The number, the Business account and the customer conversations all stay yours, registered under your business. We set it up and support it, but you are never locked in or dependent on us to keep your own line running.
