Apparel & Garment Manufacturing Software for India & UAE
Build garment BOMs, run production, and turn fabric and trims into finished stock at true cost.
Alfa Decode is a complete business platform pre-configured for garment makers. Create bills of materials for fabric and trims, raise production runs that flag shortages before you cut, and yield finished garments costed at weighted average. It works offline and bills with GST or VAT.
No card required · Cloud or on-premise · Works offline · GST & VAT ready
Garment BOMs
Define each style with its fabric, trims and quantities. The bill of materials shows live material cost the moment supplier prices change.
Production Runs
Raise a work order against any BOM. It scales fabric and trim requirements by yield and flags stock shortfalls before you start cutting.
Costed Finished Goods
Completing a run consumes component stock and produces finished garments at weighted-average cost, so every piece carries its true make cost.
Raw Material Stock
Track fabric rolls, trims and accessories with purchase and supplier records, so you always know what is on hand and what to reorder.

Accounts & Reports
Double-entry accounts, finance and staff records run alongside an executive dashboard that consolidates every unit or store in one view.
What it fixes on day one
You quote a style on gut feel, then fabric and trim costs quietly eat the margin
A per-style BOM plus weighted-average material cost shows the real cost before you commit to a price
Cutting starts but nobody knows how much fabric and trim the order will actually pull
Work orders consume raw materials against the BOM, so consumption is booked as production runs, not estimated after
A line stalls mid-order because thread, zips or labels ran out unnoticed
Trim and fabric inventory with reorder alerts flags shortages early so you can indent before the floor stops
How a apparel & garment manufacturing runs on Alfa Decode
A garment unit runs on styles, not SKUs alone. Every order is a size and colour breakdown against a tech pack, cut from fabric that shrinks, wastes and changes lot to lot. Alfa Decode's Manufacturing edition gives each style a bill of materials — fabric, lining, thread, buttons, zips, labels, poly bags — and turns a buyer order into work orders that consume those raw materials as production moves through cutting, stitching and finishing. You bill the buyer, track what you actually consumed, and see the true cost of the style instead of a guess.
It is the full platform, reconfigured for a factory floor. Inventory holds fabric and trims with weighted-average cost and reorder alerts, so you know when to indent before a line stalls. GST or VAT is built in and filing-ready for domestic dispatch, the double-entry ledger and receivables track what each buyer owes, and it keeps working offline on the floor and syncs when the connection returns. Multi-unit factories keep separate books per unit with consolidation.
- See the true fabric and trim cost of every style
- Consumption booked as work orders run, not guessed later
- Reorder alerts stop lines stalling on missing trims
- Filing-ready GST or VAT on every buyer dispatch
- 1
Build the style
Create a bill of materials for the style — fabric, lining, thread, buttons, zips, labels, packing — with quantities per garment so cost and consumption are defined up front.
- 2
Raise the work order
Turn a buyer's size-and-colour order into a production work order that reserves the required fabric and trims from stock against the BOM.
- 3
Run production
As the order moves through cutting, stitching and finishing, raw materials are consumed and deducted from inventory, giving live floor visibility.
- 4
Dispatch and bill
Invoice the buyer with GST or VAT applied, print or WhatsApp the invoice, and post the sale to the ledger and receivables automatically.
- 5
Close the costing
Compare actual material consumed against the BOM and see the finished cost of the style, then reorder short trims before the next run.
Works offline
Runs on your own counter and keeps billing with no internet — then syncs to the cloud automatically.
Tax-ready compliance
Configurable GST / VAT & tax-compliant invoicing — built in, nothing to bolt on.
Cloud or on-premise
Start in the cloud or keep all your data on your premises — same product, your choice.
Apparel & Garment Manufacturing software — your questions
Can it run if my factory has no internet?
Yes. Alfa Decode is local-first and runs entirely on your own device with no connection. You can raise production runs and bill all day, then it syncs to the cloud automatically once you are back online.
Does it handle GST in India and VAT in the UAE?
Yes. GST invoices and reports for India and VAT for the UAE are built into the same product. You bill buyers correctly in either market with no separate module or third-party tool.
How does it cost a finished garment?
You build a BOM of fabric and trims for each style. When a production run completes, it consumes those components and produces the finished garments at weighted-average cost, so every piece carries its real make cost.
Will it warn me if I am short on fabric?
Yes. When you raise a work order against a BOM, it scales requirements by your yield and shows any stock shortfall before you start, so you can buy or adjust before cutting begins.
Does completing a run also sell the garments?
No. A production run only makes finished goods and adds them to stock at cost. You then sell those garments through Sales or POS, which keeps your production costs and sales margins cleanly separated.
Is it sold as cloud or on-premise?
Both, from one codebase. Choose Cloud as a subscription, or On-Premise as a one-time licence with AMC. A white-label option is also available if you want it under your own brand.
Can it handle a style with multiple sizes and colours in one order?
Yes. A buyer order is raised as a work order against the style's bill of materials, and the required fabric and trims are consumed as production runs, so the size and colour breakdown flows through to material consumption and costing.
Does it track fabric and trim stock, or just finished garments?
Both. Raw materials — fabric, lining, thread, buttons, zips, labels, packing — are held in inventory with weighted-average cost and reorder alerts, and finished output is billed and posted to the ledger, so you see the full chain.
Will it work if the floor loses internet?
Yes. The app is offline-first, so billing, work orders and stock keep running locally on the floor with no connection and sync back to the cloud once the link returns — nothing is lost.
Is it ready for GST or VAT on our dispatches?
Yes. Tax is built in — GST with HSN and B2B/B2C handling for India, and VAT for the UAE and KSA — with filing-ready reports, per-line tax and e-invoice-ready output on buyer invoices.
